‘Can Liverpool become a World City?’
Working with the local community, politicians, investors, developers and suppliers to create a one day conference and dinner which will discuss the changing face of Liverpool as it prepares for 2008 and re-generates itself. Delegates will leave with a clear understanding of the issues driving the current wave of investment and development in Liverpool. More than 230 delegates turned up for this two day event which was made of investors, developers, occupiers and advisors. One day conference held in Canary Wharf which was attended by more than 200 people, including the dinner, and celebrated ‘Creating Workspace for Tomorrows World!’. Six sessions with more than 25 speakers and panellists spoke on variety of subjects.

Two day conference looking at how the outer suburbs and city fringes which have historically defined London are gradually going through a renaissance. Content will include a review of the London Office Policy Review by the GLA, presentation of sustainable fit-out and new work style patterns being created by the construction of tall buildings. This will also involve a critical look at the fit-out and refurbishment market with a selection of speakers including Jack Pringle, RIBA President.
