‘Can Liverpool become a World City?’

Working with the local community, politicians, investors, developers and suppliers to create a one day conference and dinner which will discuss the changing face of Liverpool as it prepares for 2008 and re-generates itself. Delegates will leave with a clear understanding of the issues driving the current wave of investment and development in Liverpool. More than 230 delegates turned up for this two day event which was made of investors, developers, occupiers and advisors. DINNER & CONFERENCE: 25th May, 2005
‘Creating Workspace for Tomorrows World!’

One day conference held in Canary Wharf which was attended by more than 200 people, including the dinner, and celebrated ‘Creating Workspace for Tomorrows World!’. Six sessions with more than 25 speakers and panellists spoke on variety of subjects.

The Fit-Out and Refurbishment Conference: People and Place

Two day conference looking at how the outer suburbs and city fringes which have historically defined London are gradually going through a renaissance. Content will include a review of the London Office Policy Review by the GLA, presentation of sustainable fit-out and new work style patterns being created by the construction of tall buildings. This will also involve a critical look at the fit-out and refurbishment market with a selection of speakers including Jack Pringle, RIBA President. A one day conference attended by 150 people to discuss and debate key issues affecting the Thames Valley property and real estate market.

’Where have all the people gone?’

A critical look at how the employment trends have changed in the Thames Valley including the move towards outsourcing, relocation, downshifting, and the integration of communication hubs. Attended by 150 people including dinner.

Is the Thames Valley ready for T5?

One day conference and dinner looking at how the arrival of T5, Heathrow will affect the Thames valley and South East property market. The conference will have the involvement of key companies in the region but with the aim of identifying how the opening of Europe’s largest construction development will change the Thames Valley property and industrial markets.
