Building on the momentum and positive feedback from the conference held in September 2010, TVPF is now in a position to launch the 2011 programme for the Thames Valley Property Forum. The Forum, enabled by Battle Associates, will represent and promote the views and interests of property occupiers, developers, investors and consultants operating in the region who want to generate business and connect with the wider community. Using this platform the aim of the TVPF will be to not only fill the void left behind following some of the recent changes in the region but to also generate linkages via common agendas between business and property.
MIPIM, Cannes, France (8th-11th March)
Invitation to the EGi (Estates Gazette) stand at MIPIM (part of the London Stand) to all TVPF members. Networking event to be agreed with special guests to be invited and chance to network and also be part of the official launch of the TVPF 2011 conference agenda.
Estates Gazette Regional Focus (19th March)
Publication of the first Thames Valley regional supplement by EGi which will cover new developments, views from the occupier and other issues driving the region. There will be and opportunity to be involved via the links with EGi including placement of adverts and opportunity for involvement in any associated media campaign.
TVPF 2011 Conference & Dinner (7th & 8th September)
Attendance at the TVPF 2011 conference to be held at IQ Winnersh (as per 2010) which will this year look at business clusters and how the success of SME's holds the future success for the region. This will follow on from last years successful event which was attended by 160 people and was a critical success being attended by many of the key players operating in the Thames Valley property market. The conference is complimented this year by a dinner at the Hotel du Vin, Henley on Thames which will host a special evening with Nigel Baker, ex-Head of Real Estate & Facilities for Microsoft and Past President, CoreNet UK Chapter.
