Judith has over 20 years’ experience as a planning lawyer in both the public and private sectors. She advises on all planning issues, from land acquisition stage to scheme implementation, all in the context of the highly significant changes brought about by the Localism Act, Community Infrastructure Levy and National Planning Policy Framework. She has advised on a broad variety of projects and transport schemes, such as London 2012, the Elephant and Castle Early Housing Sites, GCHQ and the planned development of six new mixed-use, 20,000-home communities in Cornwall. As a Director of Future of London, an independent not-for-profit policy network, Judith considers the challenges facing regeneration, housing, infrastructure and economic development practitioners. Judith is Strategic Partnerships Chair for the Women’s Transportation Seminar London Chapter, is Legal Commentator to Waste Planning Magazine and an active member of Women in Property.
