Deborah joined Crest Nicholson in September 2004 after 16 years specialising in large urban mixed use developments on brownfield sites, in and around London for the Berkeley Group. Since joining Crest Nicholson Deborah has seen the successful implementation of mixed use schemes in Southampton, Centenary Quay Woolston Riverside, 1,620 residential units plus Morrisons supermarket and ancillary retail. A scheme for 2,000 homes in the centre of World Heritage city of Bath and the first phase of Oakgrove, Milton Keynes a 950 residential units plus Waitrose supermarket and ancillary retail and the final residential phase of Bristol Harbourside. In addition an office conversion to 103 apartments in the centre of Reading. Plus continuation of Crest Nicholson Regeneration’s successful Park Central 1,600 unit development in Birmingham City Centre. Many of these projects are in partnership with the HCA, or local councils.
