“Cambridge is one of the UK’s leading business ecosystems, where home-grown and international firms of every scale are thriving. Built around its world-class university is a vibrant and innovative hub of creativity, research and knowledge where businesses are never far from a dynamic and skilled talent pool.

“Working with developers, investors and occupiers across the region, we recognise the value of bringing together industry leaders and key stakeholders. As well as providing an opportunity to celebrate Cambridgeshire’s many recent success stories, CamPropFest provides an ideal environment to find new ways of collaborating to elevate further the region’s status on the national and global stage and attract talent here.”

Paul Morrish, chief executive of LandAid said: “The LandAid Eastern Board is delighted to have been chosen as CamPropFest’s charity partner. We look forward to celebrating the success and positive impact the property sector in the East has on young people experiencing homelessness.”

Richard New, Mills & Reeve partner and real estate disputes lawyer, said: “Following the high quality, successful OxPropFest events and winning Law Firm of the Year at OxPropFest 2021, we were honoured to be invited to be the sole legal partner for CamPropFest 2022. It has been a long time since Cambridgeshire has seen a property awards event like this. We are looking forward to celebrating the best of the local property market and meeting up with our peers at this prestigious event.”

Matthew Battle, managing director of UK Property Forums, said: “I am very excited about the event and feel the timing is good as the market in the East of England opens up. The awards are unique, in that we will be looking for submissions from across the region and from a broad range of sectors. This means that the awards will be reflective of the property market.”
