Savills has completed the sale of 8-12 Priestgate in Peterborough on behalf of Milton Estates Company.

The three storey Grade II-listed 3,570 sq ft building was to a private developer for £435,000. Subject to planning permission, the building will be redeveloped into flats.

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, said: “We are delighted to have completed the sale of 8-12 Priestgate which will be redeveloped into flats subject to planning permission.

“The close range to Queensgate shopping centre and the transport links to London and Edinburgh makes this an extremely attractive site for residential use.”

The site boasts access to the A47, A1, A14 and M11 and bus and railway stations are within walking distance.
